How do I place an order?
You can place an order using Email, our Custom Form, or Instagram DM. All orders will be confirmed through one of our experienced sales representatives. Our sales reps have processed thousands of jobs, and can answer any and all questions that you have about your order.
How do I order grillz?
All of our cusstom grillz are made from a mold kit that will be shipped to you prior to the grillz being manufactured. Once, you send the mold back to us, we will have the grilz custom-created to fit your smile.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Money Order, and No Credit Financing. No credit financing is based on a 3-month history of your traditional checking account ie. BOA, Credit Unions, etc. If you qualify, we can approve you for jewelry without any credit history! For more information on these options please Contact Us.
How do I get an update on my order?
Text 443-985-2376 with your name and order details. and an associate will provide you with an update.
What is the timeline for a custom piece?
After placing your initial order, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive a CAD file. Once the CAD is approved, Please allow 10-15 business days for the item to be shipped. We offer Free Domestic Shipping (2-3 business days).
I have concerns about ordering online. How do I know this is authentic?
